Partnership Opportunities
Now more than ever CPAs, attorneys and other specialists in "trusted advisor" professions are seeking ways to make comprehensive financial services available to their clients. In the past, when your clients asked you for advice pertaining to their investments, you may have been either unable to help them or forced to refer them elsewhere - perhaps wondering whether the person your firm referred them to always had their best interests in mind.
Through the partner program, when your clients ask about their investments - or you recognize their need for professional advice - we can develop and manage investment portfolios for them.
We use a comprehensive fee-based asset management programs in the securities industry that, by definition, continually aligns our goals with the goals of your clients.
Investors in this program pay a management fee based on account value. As their account grows and they are rewarded with increased value, so too are we rewarded with increased compensation.
Moreover, you benefit by receiving recurring revenue from a portion of the management fee. This participation not only opens up a new source of revenue but also broadens the range of services you provide your clients. Each proposed partner should consult with their state Board of Accountancy or Bar Association as each may differ on the permissibility of member participation in third party "referral" programs. As of 07/01/2005, neither of Tennessee's Board of Accountancy or Bar Association have rules limiting the participation of CPAs and attorneys in this type of program.
